You are in good company. You are joining the Big Island of Hawaii Region, a member of the National SCCA, with 60,000 members that has been around for 60 years! Your fellow members include Dan Gurney, Phil Hill, Ken Miles, and Jim Hall. The late Paul Newman was a long time member and racer with SCCA. Many of racing’s biggest names have raced SCCA: Donohue, Andretti, Parnelli Jones, A.J. Foyt, Rahal and Roger Penske, to name just a few.

The Big Island of Hawaii Region is a RACING REGION, co-sanctioning the Trans-Pacific Exchange with Washington State’s Northwest Region. We have current competition license holders, and have several Novice Permit license holders. So if you are serious about motorsports, the Big Island of Hawaii Region of the SCCA is ready for you!
